I have sold a property at 3521 Eugene Place in San Diego.
Lovely bungalow, craftsman-inspired home with expansive yard and guest house. Built in 1914, the home has been remodeled with modern amenities, but the bungalow charm is well preserved. Custom lighting and stained glass windows add to the rich character of the home. Features include custom built-ins in the living room made of Honduras Mahogany wood. The kitchen cabinets are also Honduras Mahogany. The hardwood floors are red oak and feature a walnut and koa wood inlay at the bottom of the stair case.
